Soccer Footwork is Dedicated to Developing Skills!
The videos above showcase many of the footwork drills, turns and homework exercises Soccer Footwork will train participants on how to master and implement.
Every single day I wake up and commit to myself
to becoming a better player – Mia Hamm, US Women’s Soccer
The most important thing is to have a passion for the game. It is this love for the game that will drive you through your quest to become an elite soccer player. It must be something that you want to do, not something that is expected of you, or that you feel obliged to do because of someone else. If it’s your passion, your love for soccer will sustain you through the knock-backs and hard times (of which there will be plenty) to enable you to get back up again and keep trying.
Goals of the Soccer Footwork Clinic
- Soccer Footwork focuses on the quality of each exercise, not the quantity
- Each participant averages around 2,000 touches on the ball per training session
- The focus of each session will be to master the skills taught
Challenge participants to go above and beyond their “comfort” level to learn new techniques
- Encourage self-teaching through assigned exercises for homework
